If your item was purchased in error, or you’ve simply changed your mind, it may not be too late for a refund. To see if you are eligible please see the following requirements:
We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it. All relevant returns information will be provided at this time.
The item must be returned at the buyers cost in original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf)
The item is securely packed to ensure it is received in original and re-saleable condition.
The item/s are NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when received
Do NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.
Handling fees will apply
If the item was sent with free postage, a 20% postage fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the item has sustained damage in transit, or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.
For marine and customer safety please note cables that show signs of fitment or marks / grease that can't be re-sold will be deemed void from being swapped and another cable will need to be purchased.
Returns or cable swaps need to be returned in re-saleable packing and a re-delivery fee & restocking fee will be incurred for replacement length.
12 Month Warranty is covered Australia Wide on all manufactured products supplied.
All products sold in Australia are thoroughly checked and tested before dispatch.
Boat Steering Australia warrant that all products are free from defective material and defective workmanship through our strict quality control procedure in Australia.
12 months warranty will apply to all marine products.
Excludes hydraulic hoses leaks caused by incorrect fitment / wear and tear.
If items are defective, damaged or show any symptoms of operation failure during the warranty period, please contact us and we will help solve the problem.
Customers need to send photos or videos to us to show the problem first. Then we will offer a full or partial refund, or send replacement, or send parts.
New replacement or full refund will be offered for item which shows a serious problem and cannot be fixed.
Replacement or full refund will be offered for items within 30 days of buying.
Replacement or refund will be sent to buyers after faulty products are returned to the warehouse.
The supplied products must be installed by a qualified marine mechanic.
